For subscription-based purchases:

  • 7-Day Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if no credits have been used
  • Partial Refunds: After 7 days, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Renewals: Automatic renewal charges may be refunded within 48 hours of the charge
